1.2 By accessing or using the data publications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the services.
2.1 The Publisher grants you a non–exclusive, non–transferable licence to use the data publications solely for your internal business purposes.
2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or publish the data publications, or any part of them, without the prior written consent of the Publisher.
2.3 Any unauthorised use of the data publications will result in immediate termination of this licence and may lead to legal action.
3.1 The Publisher endeavours to provide accurate and up–to–date information but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the data for any particular purpose.
3.2 All data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making business decisions.
4.1 Where services are provided on a subscription basis, you agree to pay all applicable fees as set out in the relevant subscription agreement or order form.
4.2 Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation provisions form part of these Terms.
4.3 Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or termination of access to the services.
4.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the relevant subscription agreement and applicable law.
5.1 All data publications, including text, graphics, logos, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the data publications.
5.3 The Publisher reserves all rights not expressly granted.
6.1 The Publisher processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in its Privacy Policy.
6.2 By using the services, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you provide to the Publisher is accurate and lawfully shared.
6.4 Communications and contact preferences
Company contact details are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided for market intelligence and research purposes. Inclusion of a company, email address or telephone number does not imply consent to be contacted and does not override any stated communication preferences.
Regulatory requirements relating to unsolicited marketing communications, including those applicable to telephone calls, emails and other electronic communications, apply to the making of such communications. Responsibility for compliance with all applicable communications and marketing regulations rests solely with the party initiating the communication.
6.5 Permitted use of data
The data is intended for market intelligence, relationship mapping, and targeted outreach. It is not supplied as a ready–to–use marketing list and should not be uploaded directly into bulk email or calling platforms without appropriate review and consent checks.
7.1 The Publisher may terminate access to the data publications or services at any time by written notice.
7.2 Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the data in your possession.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the data publications or services.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9.1 The Publisher shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the data publications or breach of these Terms, including any outbound communications or marketing activity undertaken by you using the data.
12.1 The Publisher may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available on the Publisher’s website or notified by email.
12.2 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
